HARVEY F. FRIEDMAN is an attorney at law with offices in Great Neck, New York. He is admitted to practice in New York State and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court. He earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Queens College of the City University of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Panel of Commercial Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. His areas of practice are in real estate law, arbitration, trusts and estates, wills, elder law, transactional matters and litigation.

 

He has also served as general counsel to American Business, an insurance and financial planning firm since 1988 and has served as New York real estate counsel to 1st Constitution Bank, headquartered in Cranbury, New Jersey with respect to their mortgage loan programs and has represented other banking institutions in real estate loan transactions.  He has also served as counsel to co-op apartment corporations, civic and non-profit organizations.

NASSAU COUNTY TAX MAP VERIFICATION LETTER FEES RAISED AGAIN  Documents (deeds, mortgages, etc.) presented to the Nassau County Clerk for recording and/or filing to be indexed against a Section, Block and Lot must include a Tax Map Verification letter issued by the Nassau County Department of Assessment.
